Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested in each project, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is made or a project has commenced. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, project cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the style of work.
Payments must be made in full or according to the agreed-upon schedule. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received on time.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. RNSENCE retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
Revisions are limited to the scope defined in your specific package. Additional revisions outside of the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
RNSENCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
